What is EFT?
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a therapeutic approach that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on an emotional issue or problem, helping to address emotional distress and negative thought patterns.
By tapping on these energy points, EFT aims to restore balance to the energy system and alleviate emotional and psychological issues.
